What I've Learnt

I’ve learnt that everything is nothing, and in the nothing is where you find everything.

I’ve learnt that the world is as fast as your mind, that your rhythm is the beat of your heart.

That you cannot find light without accepting your dark.

I have learnt that the depth of your soul wishes to be acknowledged, to be unchanged, uncaged, to be accepted as is. Not to be understood or justified but free to be.

I’ve learnt that the hardest heartbreak opens your heart for the greatest love.

I have learnt that time is nothing, but presence is everything.

I have learnt that you are on this earth to plant your seed, in life, in love, in your children.

Your seed is your light, your gift to this earth, your gift to yourself.

I have learnt that you need to lose everything, drop-down every wall, drop every mask, to stand in your soul's essence, to find your seed.

I have learnt that when you think you have dug the deepest, to the depths of your soul, to the depths of your capacity, dig deeper. Like the universe, your depths are limitless and calling, always calling.

I have learnt that I will forever be learning.
