I spent years performing my way through life โ capable, high-functioning, always the one holding things together. I did the personal development. I read the books. I understood the concepts.

before you apply.
Most talk-based approaches work in your head โ they give you insight, but they don't change your nervous system. The Armour works in your body. When your nervous system learns it's safe, change doesn't just happen in your thinking โ it happens in how you feel, how you respond, and how you show up. That's why it sticks.
One live group session per week, plus daily practices that take 5โ15 minutes. The program is designed for women who are already running full lives โ not women with empty calendars. 2 hours per week (including calls) will give you the space that you need to actually feel the shift.
This is not therapy and it is not crisis support. The Armour is a coaching and somatic practice program for women who are functioning well but know something is off. If you're currently in active crisis or require clinical mental health support, this program is not the right fit right now.
Because real change requires real safety. In a group of 8, every woman is known, witnessed, and held. You're not a face in a crowd. You're part of a small, intimate container where genuine trust forms โ and genuine trust is what makes the work possible.
